Late In 2022 I released eight songs to begin a Cardio Music Series of progressive house tracks for a playlist on Spotify called "Progressive House Cardio" to inspire listeners while exercising in the gym or at home. The music can be played on Spotify or played over the gym radio at Planet Fitness by requesting it through the RockBot app and is also available to hear within Peloton exercise equipment.
Free access to the playlist is available on this page for fitness enthusiasts that do not subscribe to Spotify or any of the music platforms. For those that are connected online, you can also create your own playlist with my music on all music platforms to energize your workouts.
