Judge Rules Ticketmaster Can Be Sued Under Federal Law Aimed at Ticket-Buying Bots

A judge reportedly concluded that the BOTS Act can be applied to ticketing platforms as well as to individual resellers, allowing the FTC's suit against Ticketmaster and Live Nation to proceed.
